Description

The SPD system is great for all-purpose use since the cleat is recessed into the outsole of the shoe. This allows easier walking when off of the bike, and there are a vast array of shoes on the market that accept the SPD cleats. These are also a great clipless pedal for beginners, as they offer easy engagement and easy release. These pedals have an aluminum body and a sealed bearing axle design for light weight and durability.
