Order Cancellations and Returns

Bicycles

Bicycle orders can only be cancelled and refunded within 48 hours of placing your order.

Since our bikes are custom assembled to order, they can only be returned due to significant mechanical defects. We offer some exchanges due to fit problems; however, the customer would be required to cover the shipping costs associated with exchanges and ensure the safe delivery of the exchanged bike.

 

Components and Accessories

Component orders can be cancelled if they have not been shipped. However, once they are shipped, they cannot be cancelled. Note that even if you have not received a shipping confirmation, we may not be able to process an order cancellation request due to the lag time between the request and our ability to receive and process it.

Components, such as wheels, gears, and brakes, can only be returned or exchanged if they have not been installed/mounted/used and within 30 days of purchase (based on the delivered date). Accessories, such as tools, tires, and locks, can only be returned or exchanged if unopened and within 30 days of purchase.
For wheelsets, if an add-on such as a freewheel or cog has been added, then the wheelset cannot be returned, given the item has been mounted/installed.

 

Return Process
Please contact us at support@wabicycles.com with your order number and item to return within the 30 day return window. We will provide the appropriate return address. Do not send a return without contacting us. Otherwise, we will not accept the return and require postage to send the item back.

The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs on returns (unless there is a damage issue.)

If a product is returned damaged or used, Wabi Cycles may adjust the refund to the appropriate level to account for the level of damage (and the ability to resell the item).

 

Exchanges
We do not do exchanges. We just have you return the original item and then purchase the new item. Sorry, but shipping costs are not transferable.

 

Clearance Items
Clearance items, marked in clearance in the title, may not be returned for refund. All sales are final.
