Wabi + Velocity A23 Tubeless Comp. Single Speed-Fixed Gear Wheelset

This is a new wheel build for those who want very lightweight wheels - only 1530g - with wider rims and the option to run tubeless. They feature our Wabi low-flange hubs, Velocity A23 tubeless-compatible rims with a machined silver braking surface, a 20h radial front hub, and 24h cross-laced double-butted spokes. The specially designed fixed/fixed hubs, deeper than standard, easily accommodate freewheels for both single-speed and fixed riding.

This wheelset includes nylon (non-tubeless) rim tape, one lockring, and one fixed-cog spacer.

• Super light: 1530g/set (710g front, 820g rear) with rim tape and wheel bolts
• 19.5mm high A23 rims with silver machined braking surface.
• Low-flange hubs with silky-smooth sealed bearings.
• FX/FX rear flip-flop hub can take freewheels or fixed cogs.
• Bolt-on hollow axle design that is also quick-release compatible.
• Double-butted stainless spokes (20 radial spokes front, 24 2-cross pattern rear).
• Brass spoke nipples. 
• 100mm front, 120mm rear axle widths.
• 18mm internal rim width; 23mm external rim width
• Recommended tire widths: 23mm to 32mm.
• Hand-finished pre-stressing and truing.
• Includes nylon (non-tubeless) rim tape, one lockring, and fixed cog spacer. 

Notes

• Due to the varying thickness of fixed cogs, we recommend using the provided fixed cog spacer when installing a fixed cog to ensure a tight fit between the cog and the lockring. If you need a second spacer, let us know.
• These wheels are only for 120mm rear dropout widths (OLD) and can't be used or adapted for wider dropout widths like 126mm.
