New Wabi Components

I’ve had my Wabi Special for over 5 years. I know this place is quality! I haven’t replaced a thing except for a chain on the components of this bike. Now I’m changing the chain ring, rear cog, pedals, chain and bottom bracket. All were well used. I’m replacing with the same high quality stock Wabi components and not because of the excellent price but because Wabi knows quality and they have never let me down. Even when I didn’t replace parts they provided me with sound advice and no hard sell! I trust the brand and Curtis and Matt. Needless to say, I will ride these new parts to near failure again, but that’s my style not what I would typically recommend for other cyclists. Thanks.

Excellent costumer service

"The chain came on time and looked great. I needed it a couple links longer, plus had some technical difficulties with a separate order. The communication was top notch. They answered all my emails quickly and took care of everything. Matt and Celia did a great job of making sure things were taken care of. I will definitely continue to do business with Wabi. It's hard to find an online company that will give you personal attention like they do. "
