Description
This is a 2-coat Illusion Ruby custom color framset with small imperfections in the powder coat - small, sand-grain size specs at a few spots. These are very minor cosmetic issues and don't impact the performance. This frame would normally be $1000, but we are selling it at $800. The sale includes a Tange headset in black or silver as well as a head tube decal in white.

Our lugged frame features a timeless aesthetic that can go more retro or modern depending on how you design it.
The frame is hand-built using seamless heat-treated, double-butted Reynolds 725 chromoly steel main tubes with forged track-style rear drops. There are braze-ons for two bottle cages on the down and seat tubes. It also features beautiful hand-brazed lugged construction.
The fork features hand-brazed tapered chromoly steel with an investment cast crown, 1 1/8" steerer, and forged fork ends. It includes a Tange Seiki Technoglide headset with cartridge-type bearings. Choose your headset color from the dropdown menu.
The newest colors are Iron Wine, a metallic plum, and Platinum White, a pearlized white. Past colors still available include Sapphire Blue, a metallic blue, and Titanium Gray, a titanium-hued silver. Custom colors are also an option. See more info here.

Imperfections are typically have 1-2 very small indentations (smaller than a pea and about 1mm deep) in the top tube, seat tube or down tube and/or a minor paint issue (swirling, thickening). These issues would be hard to find if not pointed out (and very difficult to photograph), but are marked as 'Imperfects'. They do not impact the performance or warranty of the frames and, as noted, are not noticeable to the casual observer.
