Shipping and Returns


Customers will be provided with a live shipping quote during checkout. Bikes generally ship within a week, except during peak times when lead times can be up to a few weeks (or longer if we're out of stock). If you'd like an estimate, just get in touch with us.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world through a variety of carriers. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. These are estimates, and Wabi Cycles cannot take responsibility for late arrivals.

Some items we sell are offered at flat-rate shipping. In these instances we are averaging the shipping cost across all orders of similar items, so you may pay more or less than the actual cost of shipping.


Returns Policy
Our bikes are custom assembled and generally can only be returned due to defects. We also offer some exchanges due to fit problems. For custom colors, refunds are available only within 24 hours of the time you place your order. After that, returns and refunds are available only for items that are defective when they arrive.
Components and Accessories
Components, such as wheels, gears and brakes, can only be returned if they have not been installed / mounted and within 30 days of purchase. Accessories, such as tools, tires and locks,  can only be returned if unopened and within 30 days or purchase.
